I am apposing the proposed rail line through Rock County. The proposed line is less that 4 tenths of a mile from our commercial goat dairy farm. I would like you to do a research study on how the noise and vibration from these trains will affect the milk production of dairy goats. Please make your findings public following your study. Thank you.
