Dear Mr.. Navecky and STB, Please explain to me why the Great Lakes Basin Railroad proposal is even being considered? This needs to be stopped immediately. There have been no proven resources, no support from existing railroads, no company track record, and no application. It is as if this company and Frank Patton were fantasizing making millions of dollars and about leaving a legacy and becoming famous, with no knowledge of railroad construction or operation. This company has not filed an application, therefore no EIS should done! How does a company go to a government agency and start the ball rolling with out filing an application, without being named a railroad and without proving a need for their train wreck of a proposal??? Plus using threats of eminent domain???? That needs to be explained. After the explanation, it needs to be stopped. This process has been started illegally. Please reject the GLB proposal now.
