I am asking you to deny Mr. Patton a permit to operate a railroad because of the affect it will have on thousands of people every day 24-7. It is a threat to our environment, our safety, our way of life, our investment in our homes and property, our means of support from lose of valuable farmland and our general health and well being!!!
