Dear Mr. Navecky, Please block the GLB railroad project. I ask this as a concerned resident of Manteno and parent of children who attend Camp Shaw Was Nas See. The train traffic is already crazy in our area. We have already had one derailment this year right on the edge of town. Now they want to add more tracks and more trains?! This is not acceptable. More tracks and more trains will destroy our peaceful town and ruin Camp Shaw Was Nas See. This GLB track will delay our first responders ability to render aid. Living in a rural area, every second counts!!! This project will bring danger the and additional noise to our little town and Camp Shaw Was Nas See. Camp Shaw is one of the few remaining 4H camps. This project will RUIN Camp Shaw! This project will bring toxic cargo within a half mile of the camp. It will destroy Rock Creek, run off wild life and take away the serenity and peacefulness that is Camp Shaw. Please, I beg of you, do nor support the GBL railroad project. Thank you for your time.
