[note from STB: no file was attached. Please resubmit] RE: FD 35952 To the STB, the attached news report shows just how dangerous shipping the explosive crude oil by rail really is. If the GLBT project Frank Patton is proposing is allowed to go forward so many more lives will be endangered and the environment as we know it, will be forever changed. Now we know that the new safety standards for the rail cars still aren't safe and they will be breached by derailment or explosions. To knowingly approve something so dangerous would be a terrible thing. Please deny this rail line for the safety of all things that would be so negatively impacted. Thank you. Patricia Mussman
