Please reconsider the route, since the railroad would negatively impact Camp Shaw-waw-nas-see, a quiet nature heaven for young and old campers. My children have been going to the Camp for years, a wonderful, quiet place without pollution, without traffic and a place that has a beautiful creek, flowing through a canyon with natural caves, once used by Native Americans. It is one of the most scenic waterways and geologically unique properties in northern Illinois. My children are planning on becoming counselors at the Camp, (one already is) and I'm sure they will bring their children to Camp Shaw. Camp Shaw was founded 70 years ago and dedicated to veterans of WWII. It is a place of peace and serenity in a world of noise pollution. Please don't change that.
