Frank Patton's claims for farms to have siding to load grain is impossible.Farmers would not benefit for delivering their products, he also wants to take trucks off the roads, so this is taking more jobs away. This would hinder all conservation practices,that farmers and government have spent large amount of money on. This proposal is a few will get rich at the expense of many.
