GLBT'S chief promoter Frank Patton has no experience with the most complex transportation system in the world. They have chosen a curious route, by passing DeKalb county in Illinois and Will county, where he lives. How can STB hold legitimate hearings when there is no real plan? HOW CAN STB ALLOW THE APPROVAL PROCESS TO BEGIN? Isn't STB held accountable for Victoria Rutson's approval? Does GLBT have lack of understanding,incompetence or outright fraud? The STB exist specifically to protect the environment, the public, the transportation industry, and investors from these types of boondoggles, so I ask you to deny this proposal to protect our area.
