Since the STB is allowing the Great Lakes Basin Transportation Company until August 29, 2016 to revise their proposal, the comment period needs extended indefinitely for the public. It is not fair that Great Lakes Basin can alter plans or further clarify plans as well as submit new rationales to the STB and the public is not allowed to comment on the revisions. I am asking for the review to be extended so the public has an opportunity to comment on the new route narratives the STB has requested from the Great Lakes Basin Transportation Company.
