Hello Mr Navecky, I am opposed to the Great Lakes Basin railroad. I do not feel that the loss of farmland and the changes this railway will cause is worth the small benefit the rail way may provide. It seems to me that CREATE is working to take care of some of the conjestion and I believe this railway will cause more conjestion NOT less. Put me down as a NO. Thank-you.
