Mr Navecky, I am submitting my concerns to the proposed GLBT rail line. I am in the construction industry, and even though I see this as an opportunity to bring work to the area, I need to stand against the proposed GLBT Rail Line. The work that would come to the area would only be that of specialized work forces, and it would be at a tremendous cost to current land owners. Property values will diminish, and farms will be destroyed. When a farm is divided, whether it's crops or livestock, the amount of work and costs to continue to sustain the farm are increased significantly. Combine that with decreased property value and the farms will not be able to sustain themselves. Land will be destroyed and families will loose their family business (the farm). This is both a negative environmental impact and economic impact. It is a significant loss for many for a gain for only a few.
