How can someone like Frank Patton work on a project for 7 years and not know who his investors are, where the line will run, why he needs 15,000 acres for a rail yard, where he will get his money if the investors back out, what the environmental impact will be, how much of an impact it will have on the affected area, the safety of tank cars that will transport crude oil,(which he says will be 110 trains a day, if they carry 100 cars per train that is 11,000 tank cars of crude oil a day, the laws of average says there will be a train wreck), the training of emergency personnel to deal with every form of disaster that would come with the railroad, and the hundred other questions he refuses to answer or deal with!!!
