This proposed railroad has no merit or value to anyone other than to Mr. Patton and his investors". I to date still have not heard from any railroads say that they are going to use this railroad, it is the complete opposite they are saying that they will never use it. They have spent hundreds of millions of dollars to improve their own systems. I am not sure how this project has gotten as far as it has and how he was able to skip standard requirements for the application. We are all being lied to by Patton, this is not about a railroad or Patton leaving a legacy or a railroad not being built in a hundred years it is about a private company using the government to allow them to steal our land and homes. There is no need for this so you should stop this process and spend this time and money on things that protect our environment not destroy it. Please deny this request."
