Hello Sir, I sent a comment today already, but later saw you might be the appropriate person to direct my question to. I live in the small town of Herbert, my neighbor is already selling his house and I'm getting ready to put my house up for sale as I'm getting ready to retire. My concern comes in with how property values are going to be affected by this railroad project - if approved. This proposed railroad would be less than a mile from my home and I'm greatly concerned about noise level and how this will affect my property value. Is STB planning to office folks like myself FMV? Thanks Robin Slack
