Attention Board: I am writing this comment in regards to property value for homes very close to the proposed railroad. The question I have is in regards to my specific property. I am in the process of getting my home ready to sell. My husband and I have lived here for 20+ years and want to retire. Although I'm support alternative routes, if this railroad project is approved, I believe this will affect my property value. I would like to know if STB is planning to offer FMV to property owners like myself, who's property is less than a mile from the proposed track.
