Dear Mr Navecky & the STB, please choose the no-action alternative" on this trainwreck of a proposal!!!!!! We have proven the negative environmental and social impacts and we, the public should never have been made responsible for this task! The GLB proposal is a scam!!! For profit of a few individuals that want to disguise this as a huge benefit to all! it is not!!! not in any way shape or form! PLEASE TAKE THE NO ACTION ALTERNATIVE AND STOP ANY FURTHER EIS AND THROW OUT ANY APPLICATION FROM GLB, it's not worth the paper it's written on!!! Thank you, Julie Kokos"
