NO RAILROAD NEEDED. DOES NOT SERVE THE PUBLIC. IS DETRIMENTAL TO THE ENVIRONMENT. IS DETRIMENTAL TO THE SAFETY OF SURROUNDING TOWNS, HOMES, SCHOOL BUSES, MOTORISTS. TAKES VALUABLE FARMLAND FROM THOSE THAT PROVIDE FOOD ON YOUR TABLE 3 TIMES A DAY. IS AN UNJUST USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN. WHERE WAS THE APPLICATION FILED TO CONSTRUCT? CHOOSE THE NO ACTION ALTERNATIVE AND TELL GREAT LAKES TRANSPORTATION THAT THEY ARE NOT A CLASS 1 RAILROAD AND WILL NOT BE GRANTED THE USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN TO DESTROY FARMS, HOMES, AND COMMUNITIES FOR PRIVATE PROFIT.
