I believe it is totally WRONG for this railway to proceed. There were tracks already established (through Hebron,IN), going north and east. They were torn out. Now, you propose to come in and TAKE land (eminent domain...criminally wrong) from those whose lives will be impacted the greatest. Take your money and go elsewhere. Preferably far away.
