Please explain why the Great Lakes Basin Railroad is a better plan than CREATE? Please also explain why GLB can use Chicagoland statistics regarding rail volumes, and imply they are City of Chicago specific. GLB is always stating this line is to act as a bypass for Chicago trains, but uses statistics from the Chicagoland region. Please explain why this is ok for them to do. They are not using City of Chicago information. Please also explain why moving this line to the far suburbs of Chicagoland is a bypass" f Chicago. Granted they trains won't go through the City itself, but most that GLB cites currently won't either, add to this the proposed areas are part of Chicagoland. This line needs move much further from the city, it is just moving trains from one part of Chicagoland to another part that is populated and growing. This is not sparsely populated areas."
