Please explain how this line is needed, when no major railroad company has proposed it? In fact two class one railroads out of the 6 in Illinois have opposed this line. A third line Canadian Nation was already given STB approval to purchaser the old Elgin. Joliet and Eastern line to use as their bypass. If three of the 6 line either don't want or don't need this line, then the line needs stopped. If this line was needed a major railroad would have proposed it and they would be on board with it. it is obvious GLB railroad does not have accurate information as to the need for this proposed line. Please explain why this line is needed when two of the 6 railroads say it is not needed.
