It is my request that GLB not be allowed to build the rail line for the sake of protecting the water shed as well as farmlands and wild life. We have more than enough train lines and existing pipelines to move oil. The other issue would be building a 1500 acre rail yard. The scope and size of that is beyond belief. So my question would be why 5 times larger than Union Pacifics largest yard? What are the true reasons? Please donot allow this to happen. Thank you
