It takes years of sacrifice to buy farm land. Landowners are at your mercy for protection from the invasion of wealthy investors on a hypothetical projects. You are in position that decides our fate, how we are to live, to farm, the value of our land, the relationship with neighbors, the future expensive of lawyers . Are the thousand of statements to EIS just an avenue to vent frustrations? Sounds like the decision has been made , STB is just checking if they missed something on route. The power of so few people over so many. It is easy to take and destroy when you are not one sacrificing. U.S.A. is not a land of freedom, to work hard to own a business as farm property.
