Dear STB, It's me again, Jason Kokos. I write to you a lot because I'm not only very concerned about losing my home to an unjust use of eminent domain, but have great concern for the negative effects this will have on the environment. I hope that you will seriously consider and take into account the nearly 11 pages of concerns the ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES has put together. If these issues are not reason enough to choose a no action alternative, then something is truly wrong and corrupt in our federal government. After all, isn't this current regime/Democratic party very concerned about global warming and the environment? If so, these environmental concerns should surely stop this project dead in its tracks (no pun intended). As I've written many letters to you, I expect a formal response to some of them. I'm a law abiding, tax paying citizen, one of which this country needs more of. Please don't choose to disregard the little man" in this proposal! It is wrong. Thank You Jason Kokos"
