Why can't Great Lakes Basin use existing railway? I don't understand why existing tracks cannot be reconstructed to accommodate faster trains. It doesn't seem fair that citizens will loose their land through eminent domain for something that if the existing tracks were used everyone would win. In our county, Boone, the majority of the land GLB wants is for farm animals and crops, their livelihood and means of income. Please consider this in your decision. Thank You
