The need for this private toll railroad and utility easement has not been proven. The destruction to anything in its path has been. For that reason alone it is your responsibility to deny the theft of private land and not let this move forward. There is not way that an environmental study can be completed without the end result being that this or really any other project like this would negatively impact the environment.
