Why is the STB posting one of my comments 4 times. The same comment is EI 23859; EI 23860; EI 24123 and EI 24124. Two of my other comments have not been posted yet at all. This is frightening because our comments are important to us and should be posted properly so they can be accurate and so they can be viewed by others. Patricia Mussman
