Mr Patton has been planning this project for almost 7 years and he is asking you for a permit to do so without making it public his investors, letting any government agency know ahead of time, not contacting any land owners, not contacting the corpse of engineers, any farm organization, any emergency service agency or federal disaster agency, and he expects you to give him permission to build this railroad. He has asked for and given permission to fast track" this request, why is it so secretive and what is the hurry to push this through? It seems that if this was a good and legitimate project he would be happy to get the information out to everyone involved and would not keep it a secret for 7 years and then try to "fast track" it through the necessary channels. Be VERY VERY WARY OF THIS MAN AND THIS PROJECT!!!! Ken Daggett"
