I would like to know which right our way easement has priority in regards to utility lines crossing the proposed GLB railroad line. Currently the utility companies must have their lines above ground on my land. I would like to know if this applies as well to the ones that GLB crosses/ If GLB does not have to have them above ground and crossing their line, then I want the STB to do a full review of the environmental impact of burying the utility lines where they currently are not buried. Also who is going to pay for this? Who is going to ensure the tile lines are not damaged?
