Dear Mr. Navecky, Please stop this illegitimate process now. Please let me point out the negatives: A large part of the public knew nothing about the STB Scoping meetings, how could they comment and be heard if they didn't even know. The scoping meetings and the environmental impact study have been started pre-maturely. This process has been given illegal usage of the FAST act. The GLB has not been required to certify their statements. The proposal is non-transparent. etc, etc, etc......The positives: there are none. Please reject this dangerous proposal immediately, it benefits no one except for Frank Patton and the GLBT. thank you, Julie Kokos 708-2-426-4180
