As a female business owner I am objecting to the Great Lakes Basin Railroad, violating federal guidelines that prohibit dicrimination for minorities and the poor in the construction of transportation projects. The line will take land from my farm and as minority business owner, I feel this is in direct violation of the federal guidelines that were created to protect minorities from discrimination, please explain how this line does directly target minority business owners.
