Dear Mr. Navecky, Please take a no action" approach to the GLB proposal. It has been documented that Norfolk & Canadian National are not interested in using the proposed rail line and that railroads are already in existence. The CREATE program is working! There is no need for this railroad. Granting any further waivers or studies to this proposal would be criminal. The scoping period has been prematurely started, like putting the cart before the horse. The tremendous amount of opposition that is posted, documents the countless environmental, safety, and socioeconomic hazards and factors this would pose. These facts are so blatantly apparent to all involved! I respectfully request that the STB cease work on this project. Individually, or as part of a group, I will fight the GLB proposed plan using all options available, including Congress, my vote at the ballot box and the judicial system.
