Dear STB Members, I'm not sure why I should write to you about the Great Lakes Basin Railroad. What I mean is, all of you have common sense and know there is no need for the three ring circus that is being proposed. I'm certain none of you want your names attached to a project that is totally misguided, to say the least. Nor is Illinois in any position as a state to be able to pick up the pieces when no railway company has a need for this project and the private entities want their money back. Because you know they will. I mean seriously, don't you think if a buck could be made, the state wouldn't do the project itself? Thank you for doing the right thing and voting no to GLB. Judy Panozzo
