I am writing in concern with the proposed GLB in Manteno, IL. The idea of the railroad coming to Manteno will only depreciate our community immensely. We have built an amazing town that will be destroyed environmentally, safety, and deplete our agricultural if this railroad comes through. There are not enough positive reasons for this to be developed in our community!
