I am opposed to the Great Lakes Basin Railroad being granted any waivers or exemptions from a full STB review of their proposed new rail line. The GLB line is not one of urgent need, nor is it one of national importance, therefore the STB needs to follow all normal processes for this project, including a full review of the proposal. If the STB grants a fast track status to this project I want an explanation as to why the project was fast-tracked from the STB.
