Dear Surface Transportation Board, In the slightest of chances that you deem this project as necessary and viable, it should be noted that this does not serve the public by any means. It serves private investors. Since that is the case, if this project gets approved there should be no viable way to utilize eminent domain due to the reasons above. I would define eminent domain again but I'm sure you are more than aware of what it means and why it was created. Therefore, any potential approval of this project should but the sole burden of negotiating and acquiring the required land solely on Frank Patton and the Great Lakes Basin Transportation Company. They should have to go through the long arduous legal process to be able to construct this monstrosity that is in no way for the PUBLIC! I trust the STB (our Government) is looking out for the people, and will do the right thing. Thank You Jason R Kokos & Lindsay M Kokos
