Dear Mr. Navecky Allowing Great Lakes Basin Transportation, Inc. to: Not have to sign and file an application that would include among other things, a business plan and who be financing the proposed project (and) Have the 6-month waiting period waived (and) Conducting an EIS for this project when the STB, and no one else knows what the 15,000 + acre rail port would be used for, who and what would be carried on the rails and where a definite route would be Isn't that like filing a flight plan AFTER landing? With all due respect, would you put a loved one on a plane that did that? I'm sure that you don't even have to think about it. That would be unacceptable as this process has been. I'm asking that the STB ground Great Lakes Basin Transportation, Inc. until they submit a detailed and signed application to you and the 6-month wait is implemented. Regards, April Gerstung
