Re: Docket No. 35952 - Great Lakes Basin Transportation, Inc. Dear Mr. Navecky, On the Surface Transportation Board's website posting the letters that have been sent to your agency concerning Document No. 35952, a letter that I sent numbered #EI-23685, showing letter dated 5.22.16 and received 5.31.16 there is a blank page. This was a copy of a letter that I had sent to Mr. Frank Patton in response to his asking me if I had attended the public information meeting that was held in Morris, Illinois, where he had been invited to present his proposed plan, speak to the public and answer their questions. I told Mr. Patton that I had instead gone out for a delightful burger and beer and then outlined why I had made that choice. Mr. Patton asked that I send my letter to the STB as a matter of public record and did so with a cover letter explaining his request along with his e-mail to me. Was this merely a technical difficulty on your end not having it visible as the others are and do you have the correspondence or has it disappeared and it there a need for me to resend?
