Hello Mr. Navecky, My wife and I have sent many letters to date regarding this docket. We've not received a response to our environmental concerns to date. Can you advise when we can expect a detailed and thorough response to the legitimate concerns that are threatening our environment and way of life? We are living in constant fear that this private investment may be unjustly granted the use of eminent domain. This daily fear is causing strain on our home life, relationships, and work. Thank You
