GLBT staff, I’m sorry about your friends in Orlando. Your attachment link does not work. Which person on your staff was so naïve as to say that ”the land is undeveloped?” It is primarily developed farmland that provides our food that you are destroying. Family farms being split into pieces and rendering some parts inaccessible. Quiet family farms with a proposed train right next to the house. I already can only sleep 2-4 hours/night due to loud obnoxious trains and you want to add another, Presumably, due to the ridiculous federal “final rule” blowing the horn at 96-110 decibels, The equivalent of a motorized hand saw 3 feet from your head, or if they do as some and set it at the highest setting, just below the sound of a rock concert. Oh Joy!!! People really need to hear yet another train from 3 miles away. It’s not like sleep is a basic need for people, or is it? I’ve seen these forums and am aware that they are usually a mandated formality, done after you have already decided to steal and ruin people’s land and lives to get what you want. If you proceed with this plan, I hope your project is a colossal disaster, for which you lose funding and gain national shame.
