AS a Farm land owner I am concerned about the environmental ramifications but most importantly the possibility of Eminent Domain being used to seize property and farm land that might be used or taken if the proposed new Rail Road Great Lakes Basin builds a new rail line from Milton, Wi to LaPorte, IN bypassing Chicago.
