To Whom It May Concern: As a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, I am writing to express my concern for the proposed railway. The railway will negatively affect the residents, wildlife, and environment of Northwest Indiana. The livelihood of farmers will be cut off. Historical sites, such as Buckley Homestead, which houses animals, will be decimated. In addition, emergency vehicles will experience delays in responding to incidences in rural areas that are already miles outside of a hospital. I ask you to consider the negative effects such a railway will cause to the area and its residents before reaching a decision on the matter. Thank you
