I feel that the Great Lakes Basin rail project is environmentally, economically and socially unacceptable. Canadian National has already addressed this purported problem with its purchase of the EJ&E. I feel it would be better to improve Chicago rail infrastructure and rules rather than destroy and imperil the rural Indiana and Illinois environment.
