I oppose this railroad for the environmental impact on the dozens of generational farms. The noise level alone will cause irreparable damage to the farm animals and have an effect on the local farming economy. I am located near the proposed rail yard by Grant Park. This would create around the clock noise levels to effectively change the agricultural makeup of the entire local area. Please do not allow this rail line to pass through the area for these environmental reasons.
