Dear Mr Navecky, Please deny the GLBT proposal. Thank you for extending the scoping period but this process is illegitimate since Frank Patton & the GLB have sidestepped the requirements to have an EIS process started. Therefore, this needs to be stopped now. This proposal is an inappropriate, greedy, wasteful, frivolous, ego-driven plan for the Great Lakes Basin Transport. One of the environmental impacts to consider is the water supply, what happens when whatever they are moving by rail, starts to leak, explode or derail?? We don't know because they are hiding what they want to transport by rail. They also are hiding behind investors". This is already not a legally followed process by the GLB. Please read the massive number of letters of opposition, Please deny and reject this proposal. Thank you, Julie Kokos 708-426-4180"
