Wouldn't Mr Pattons 8 billion dollars be put to better use if he was to develop a much safer tank railcar? It would benefit every mile of rails in the country and make it much safer for every city, town and portion of the country that they go thru. It would also be a much better legacy to leave his grandchildren. But we all think that he has an ulterior motive behind what he is saying he wants to do, and he will not give out any info until after he gets approval, what is he trying to hide? Ken Daggett
