I do not support Docket No. FD-35952. Please do not build this railroad for the sake of our community. The railroad will be being built really close to my parents' farm that they have run for decades with the help of my grandparents, my siblings, and my nieces & nephews. Many of our neighbors would be losing their land, and this would be a disruption to the community of Johnstown and surrounding area. I do not support Docket No. FD-35952. Please reconsider. This appears to be in the best interest of one private citizen and not the community as a whole. Farmland is NOT wasted land. It is being used not only by people but abundant wildlife. This is not acceptable.
