Mr. Navecky, Thank you for expanding the comment period for this docket #. With the enormity of responses, letters, concerns, oppositions, and resolutions sent I assume this is one of the most controversial proposals that the STB has ever seen. For good reason, certainly. That's likely because this is an unfounded, unnecessary, and absolutely corrupt proposal that completely disregards the environment, the lives of taxpaying citizens, businesses, schools, emergency respondents, counties, farms, churches, cemeteries and entire towns. Public use, and for the good" of the public were two established goals for the governmental use of eminent domain. This proposal is neither. This is a proposal that will line the pockets of others while hurting the public in its path. Does that sound like a reasonable and just use of eminent domain to you? It doesn't to me. Please, I urge the STB to choose the no action alternative regarding this proposal. Thank You"
