Dear Mr. Navecky, please reject the GLBT proposal now. Besides being an environmental disaster, destroying prime farmland, polluting our drinking water, destroying our air quality, killing wildlife and native species of plants and trees, and all of the safety hazards, there is this reason: The scoping and approval process that has begun is not legitimate. Frank Patton has been allowed to sidestep many requirements to have any process started, even an EIS. Please, reject this proposal now. Thank you, Julie Kokos 708-426-4180
