will this rail line greatly reduce the # of semis on the roads? Permanently removing prime farmland out of production should not be undertaken lightly. This may seem an underpopulated area but 70 trains a day will impact our lives with noise and delays. for example, the train whistles drive us crazy blasting at every rr crossing thru Morris several times a night. My friends living on farms that will be impacted are afraid about the potential losses of their farming rights, livelihood and quality of life. CO 6/13/16
