If this project is for the good of ALL,why is Frank Patton hiding investors identities and refusing to file a application for all to see? If a proposed project is great, everything is out front for all to see as investors want their names/projects out there for recognition. But, if the project is hiding specifics and rushed through with investors hiding their identities behind one, then the project is NOT for the good of all and Crooked! Why was Frank Patton waived out of a 6 month notification period? How does a proposal with no specifics or even stated land uses warrant an environmental study? I am asking the STB application process be stopped until Frank Patton files a application and discloses specifics and stated land uses for all to see!!! How do we submit environmental/safety issues when we don't even know exactly what for or who is involved? WE NEED ALL THE FACTS!!!!!
